Do you ship internationally, and how much does shipping cost?

To our international fans and friends: Worldwide shipping is coming soon. Right now we offer fast and affordable UK shipping, with prices calculated at checkout, and free shipping for all orders over £50.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are roasted and dispatched every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What happens if I need to return an order, or have any questions about my order?

What coffee do you use?

Our signature Ant’s Blend uses specialty-grade coffee beans sourced via true direct trade from Brazil, Colombia and Guatemala, and is roasted with love in the UK.

Which grind size should I choose?

Your brewing method will determine which grind size works best. If you’re ordering ground coffee, you can choose Fine (for Espresso, Mokapot), Medium (for Filter, Aeropress, V60) or Coarse (for French Press, Cafetière).

Are your coffee capsules compatible with Nespresso® machines?

Yes, compatible with most Nespresso® Original machines.

What are your coffee capsules made from?

Our coffee capsules are made from wood shavings, using an environmentally friendly process, and consist only of renewable, natural materials. In fact, because they’re naturally compostable, you can even dispose of used capsules in your garden!

Do you offer a Coffee Subscription service?

Not yet, but soon! If you’d like to be added to the pre-launch list please let us know at orders@dearcoco.com.

Do you offer decaf?

Not yet, but the Dear Coco signature decaf is coming soon.
